Idaso is working on a data collection project across numerous location in the North Dublin Area over the next two weeks. The purpose of the data collection exercise is to gather a base line of vehicle, cyclist and pedestrian flow data against which future developments can be measured. There are numerous types of sensors being used including pneumatic tube counters and low resolution time-lapse cameras. There is no personal data being collected during this exercise as the cameras are set to such a low quality that faces and registration plates are obfuscated.
